DRAGON BOWL SAUCE

Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Makes ½ cup approx

Currently my favourite sauce – great also for stir frys.

1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons (approx) / 20 gm finely grated ginger
1 ½ tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon mirin
¼ cup hulled tahini
1 teaspoon umeboshi vinegar
2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce

Add the roasted sesame oil, ginger, tamari, mirin, tahini, vinegar, sweet chilli sauce and 60ml water to a small bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
